On the West coast, near beautiful sandy beaches is this charming house, in a protected area. It enjoys some of the most incredible sunsets, and during the daytime, panoramic views providing a marvellous holiday feel.

An electronic gateway opens onto the grounds of the house, and leads to an enormous garage, in turn giving access to the guest apartment and the main house. The house has various extensive terraces, a large roof terrace and easily maintained green areas.

The front door opens onto an entrance hall. To the left is a living room – dining room with an open fireplace and to the right a fully equipped Mediterranean kitchen. Opposite the living room – dining room is a large partially covered terrace with a beautiful 180º view of the sea. Here there is also a corner with stone seating and a built-in barbecue. A few exterior steps lead down to the area housing the heated swimming pool, where there is also an exterior shower and a cloakroom.

Leading from the living room is a hallway where we find a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and its own bathroom. Just next door is the master bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, offering again a refuge to rest in. At the end of the hallway is a cloakroom and the fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the afore-mentioned entrance hall.

The guest apartment situated beneath the living room also offers every comfort. A separate entrance opens onto a living room to the right of which is an equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. A large covered terrace runs in front of all of the rooms of this apartment and offers marvelously relaxing sea views.

The bathroom in this flat is exclusive and surprisingly spacious. The Jacuzzi in one of the corners offers healthy bubble baths.

This is a delightful summer residence, charming and in a good state of repair, bound to be snapped up by its new owners in a trice thanks to its costly equipment and sea views.
