A few meters from the parking spaces and passing over the pretty swimming pool terrace, we arrive at one of the guest apartments, comprising of a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Adjoining this apartment is a sauna. Your guests will be thrilled relaxing in the swimming pool after a hot day at the beach.

An exterior stairway leads to the top floor with an impressively extensive terrace offering a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside, of an intensive green pine colour and blue from the Mediterranean in front. Up here is the other charming guest apartment containing a bedroom with an open fireplace. From the bed we can see the sea. What a wonderful experience for your guests to be able to enjoy a real fire in surroundings so beautiful, that at night time with the lighting from the surrounding houses will leave them lost for words.

Adjoining the main house is a café measuring approximately 90m2 with a large terrace and barbecue and built-in tables and chairs. This holds a current bar licence. If you wish you can continue with the business or if you wanted to, you could also convert it into a third apartment.
