On a sought after housing estate with permanent security, not far from the only golf course on the island, and from where we can enjoy some of the finest views to be seen on Ibiza, is this spectacular flat in a modern and minimalist style to be found.

We park the car in the open parking space belonging to the flat and an open stairway leads to a lower level housing the elevator, which in turn, takes us to the property in question.

It isn’t easy to find words to describe the sensation we feel on entering the flat. Ample limestone surfaces, enormous French windows overlooking the deep blue sea, with the neighbouring island of Formenterra on the horizon.

A marvellous, partially covered terrace measuring 94m² is situated in front of the living room and is surely the dream of all living beings. The size makes it easy to distribute it into different ambiences, with sun beds and parasols to relax and sunbath, a covered area for eating and yet another ideal for enjoying long evenings with friends, with a more romantic setting.

Sat in the large, sunny living room, with an extremely modern, white lacquered integrated kitchen, we are presented with incredibly fascinating views. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room housing the washing machine and the tumble dryer. From the living room, a small hallway distributes the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the left hand side is a pretty, fully fitted bathroom. Opposite, is a double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and access to the terrace. At the end is the suite, which apart from having a fabulous bathroom, also has a large French window opening onto the terrace.
