The front door opens directly onto the light-flooded living-/dining room with semi-open, fully fitted kitchen, storage room with connections for a washing machine and large terrace doors that lead to the sunny courtyard, where to splash in full privacy in the 5x2m pool. From the courtyard two summery bedrooms each with en suite bathroom can be accessed.

Via a staircase in the living-/dining room we reach the first floor, with a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with access to a terrace.
