To the northeast of the island are beautiful beaches, incredible countryside and hidden coves and also wonderful sunrises, a must for those who rise at dawn.

Those who have visited this part of the island generally don’t want to leave and to this we have a solution. This beautiful family home with 2,000m² of land! It is situated amongst indigenous trees and plants, providing the house with the utmost privacy.

A staircase at the back of the house leads to a covered terrace and the entrance door of this charming chalet, which opens onto a spacious entrance hall. Next to the doorway is a dining room which opens onto the living room situated just next to it. A fireplace warms the house during the cold winter months inviting cosy get-togethers. French windows open onto the covered terrace situated in front of the dining room/living room. From here one can enjoy a picture postcard view of the surrounding countryside.

To the left of the front door is a large, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room by way of a practical serving hatch. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a washroom are situated towards the back of the house. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and access to two beautiful covered terraces. Next to the second bedroom is a wide staircase leading to a large solarium offering a view which sweeps over the treetops and reaches as far as the deep blue sea. The views from the terrace in front of the living room are the same, although one can also discern the sea through the leafy trees.

The underneath of the house houses a large garage and a guest studio comprising of a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchen area and a shower room.

Also the exteriors of this property are very charming.

On its south facing part we can enjoy the swimming pool and the jacuzzi and relax on the surrounding terraces that are partially covered in wood, or the patio with built-in seating and a delightful area in which to have barbecues.
