On the upper floor there is an entrance hall with guest WC. 3 steps lower is the living room with fireplace and a spacious south-facing terrace, an office, the dining room and the kitchen.

On the lower floor there is a storeroom and utility room with a small terrace and a double bedroom, a shower room and the master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom. The dressing room was originally a bedroom and can easily be reconverted into one by putting up a wall.

Outside stairs lead from the en suite bathroom as well as from the upper living area onto the sun terrace situated below the sleeping area with heatable infinity pool.
